Shipping & Delivery

The delivery of products/orders is processed to the address provided by the customer. Ayurjeet or its service providers (delivery partners) are not obligated to verify the delivery address details provided by the customer. The customer agrees and understands that Conceptive Brains Pvt Ltd shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for the following:

  • Ayurjeet is not responsible for damage after delivery.
  • Customers are advised not to accept tampered or damaged shipments.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, taking up to 10–12 working days in such periods. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
  • Confirmed orders will be shipped within 1–2 working days. Once shipped, they will be delivered within 3–7 working days across most pincodes in India.
  • Estimated delivery time may vary due to the customer's geographical location, shipping destination, product availability, and courier partner's delivery timelines.
  • Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, excluding public and government holidays.
  • You will need to sign upon accepting delivery. If you are unable to be present, please arrange for an alternative recipient such as a family member, colleague, or neighbour. Ayurjeet takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
