Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@acetechecommerce.com or WhatsApp us at +91-7066263636. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or resolve the issue promptly.

Returns

As our products are Ayurvedic formulations meant for personal use, we do not accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to review. Please contact us before returning any product.

Refunds

Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis for damaged, defective, or incorrect orders. We do not offer blanket refunds based on results, as individual responses to Ayurvedic formulations vary.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds (where applicable) will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details when contacting support.
